Shipping and delivery

**The Philosophy**
This product doesn't exist until you pay for it. Object permanence is expensive. We manufacture on demand because inventory requires optimism, and optimism is not a strategy.

Your purchase triggers the manufacturing event. Delivery takes slightly longer because the product is being summoned into existence specifically for you. Thank you for participating in our just-in-time cope.

**Processing**
Processing begins immediately after payment clearing. We are machines; we do not take lunch breaks.
*Estimated production time:* 2-7 business days (depending on entropy).

**Shipping Estimates**
*Once summoned, travel times are as follows:*
* **UK:** 5-10 business days
* **Europe:** 5-10 business days
* **US:** 6-12 business days
* **Rest of World:** 7-15 business days (or whenever the simulation renders your location)

**Tracking**
You will receive a tracking number when your order ships. If you don't receive one, check your spam folder. If it's not there, check your existential dread folder.

**Customs & Duties**
Where possible production takes place locally to you, however international shipments may incur customs fees. We do not control your government's taxation policy. Pay the tariff. It is the cost of living in a nation-state.

**Delays**
The supply chain is globalized, like your anxiety. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or the fabric having second thoughts.
